Therefore health experts suggest adding fruits and vegetables to your diet. According to experts, we should add at least one fruit to our breakfast. Also should add vegetables to our daily meals. According to WHO people should eat vegetables and fruits at least 5 times a day.

Dr. Michael Mosley who is a diet expert recently found in his studies that people who want to lose weight should avoid some fruits. Because some fruits will make you fat rather than losing weight. Therefore people who want to lose weight should avoid these fruits. However, if you are healthy then you can eat all fruits and vegetables. But if you are fat and want to follow a diet then don’t eat fruits like mango, banana, muskmelon, etc. If you wish to gain weight you can take these fruits. Although you can eat fruits like apples, strawberries, grapes, etc.

Things should avoid when want to lose weight

Dr. Mosley says we should avoid fruit that is rich in sugar, foods that are fatty and high cholesterol. Apart from these, we should also package food like chips, biscuits, etc. These foods can give bag impact on your health. Therefore do not eat these foods.

Packaged food contains preservatives that are very bad for your health.  This food can ruin your weight loss dream. Therefore avoid them as much as you can.

Daily Exercise

Along with a healthy diet, you should also do exercise daily. Go for a morning walk, do yoga dancing or do any other healthy activity.
