The Golden Drug Shop also collects non-personal information, including visitors’ IP addresses and use and cookies on the website to collect non-personal information about the user. At the moment, we provide two shipping methods: Registered Air Mail and EMS (Express Mail Service). The order processing time is 48 hours after receiving the order. All weekend orders will be processed on Monday. We do our best to ensure that your order is shipped as soon as possible.
EMS parcels may be sent to 190 countries around the world. If you choose EMS delivery you will be provided with a tracking number that allows you to track your order online. EMS delivery time is a maximum of 10 days plus order processing time. Your tracking number will start working in 4 business days. If the tracking number doesn’t start working in the next 4 business days we will reship your order for free.
The Air Mail delivery time is a maximum of 21 days plus order processing time. The Air Mail tracking number starts working only when you have received your package or there has been an attempt to deliver your item, generally, it is provided for us to make sure you have received your order.
If you didn’t receive your package within 21 days we will reship your order for free.
If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so, provided your order has not been approved yet. To cancel your order you should send us a message through the Contact Us form and provide a reason for cancellation or Call us at the number on the website.
If the order has been already approved or shipped, we cannot accept order cancellation.
We understand that not every purchase made by the users matches their requirements. If you have placed the wrong order or wish to return the product due to some other reason feel free to return it within 14 days from the date of delivery however the product should be in intact condition. You can track your order anytime by visiting www.indiapost.gov.in. Please allow up to 4 business days for your EMS tracking number to start working. The Air Mail tracking number starts working only when an order is received (in fact it is mostly used by us to make sure you have received your order).
